Welcome to DaboFlow, a platform developed by Darulfikr Creative Hub Ltd. This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for using our services and website. 1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to ensure a safe and secure environment for all users of DaboFlow. We are committed to maintaining a positive experience for all users by prohibiting misuse and abuse of our services.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Engaging in harassment, bullying, or threats toward other users.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any content that is obscene, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the service.
• Interfering with or disrupting the security, integrity, or performance of the platform.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code that could damage or disrupt the platform or other users' devices.
• Using automated means (such as bots or scrapers) to access the platform for any purpose without our express written permission.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Collecting or harvesting personal data from users without their consent.

Additionally, the following items and services are strictly prohibited for sale on our platform:

• Banned narcotics, steroids, and certain controlled substances or products that present a risk to consumer safety.
• Blood, bodily fluids, or body parts.
• Burglary tools.
• Counterfeit items.
• Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia.
• Fireworks, destructive devices, and explosives.
• Identity documents, government documents, personal financial records, or personal information (in any form, including mailing lists).
• Lottery tickets, sweepstakes entries, or slot machines without the required license.
• Offensive material, hate speech, or items that promote hate, violence, racial intolerance, or financial exploitation of a crime.
• Chemicals.
• Recalled items.
• Unlicensed financial services, stocks, or other securities.
• Stolen property.
• Items that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or privacy, or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction.
• Sales of currency without BDC license and certain cryptocurrency operators.
• Obscene material or pornography.
• Certain sexually oriented materials or services.
• Certain firearms, firearm parts, or accessories, ammunition, weapons, or knives.
• Any product or service that is illegal or marketed in a way that creates liability for DaboFlow.
• Production of military and paramilitary wear and accouterments, including those of the Police and the Customs, Immigration, and Prison Services.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for their actions and any content they post or transmit through our services. This includes:

• Ensuring that all information provided to DaboFlow is accurate, current, and complete.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.
• Not sharing your account credentials with others or allowing others to use your account.
• Reporting any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security to us immediately.

4. Enforcement Actions

In the event of a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, DaboFlow reserves the right to take the following actions:

• Blocking the settlement or completion of one or more payments.
• Suspending, restricting, or terminating your access to and use of DaboFlow’s services.
• Terminating our business relationship with you, including termination without liability to DaboFlow of any payment service agreement between you and DaboFlow.
• Taking legal action against you.
• Contacting and disclosing information related to such violations to:
  • (i) persons who have sold/purchased goods or services from you,
  • (ii) any banks or Card Networks involved with your business or transactions,
  • (iii) law enforcement or regulatory agencies, and
  • (iv) other third parties that may have been impacted by such violations.
• Assessing against you any fees, penalties, assessments, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that we may incur as a result of such violations, which you agree to pay promptly upon notice.

5. Monitoring and Investigation

DaboFlow has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor or investigate any materials and your use of the services at any time for compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Changes to the Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
